florals for spring?

groundbreaking

from one of my favorite movies, the devil wears prada.

i am a neutral gal. you won't find a lot of color in my day-to-day attire. in fact, my closet consists of mostly black... tell me you're a wedding professional without telling me you're a wedding professional. #iykyk

that being said, it came as a great surprise to me that the pops of color have left me completely enamored.

as summer is underway and with next spring just around the corner, these trends have caught my eye. whether you're a bride carefully pinning your inspiration on pinterest, or you're just someone who loves the thoughtful details of wedding design, i hope you enjoy these as much as i have!

fruit is the shining star.

citrus, grapes, kiwi... all of which are stunning additions to your tablescapes. like flowers, fruits come in a vibrant range of colors—and if you need a reminder, just think about all of the different colors that are named after fruit (such as lemon yellow, apple green, peach or cherry red). if you're looking for ways to upgrade your tables, fruit centerpieces for weddings are a unique alternative and addition to the standard flower arrangements. whether you choose small clusters of grapes, sliced oranges, bright red apples or a smorgasbord of everything, there are more ways to incorporate fruit centerpieces than you might think.

citrus.

one thing i love about citrus is how bright + vibrant the colors are.

it also provides an aromatic experience for the guest! so fresh and bright and joyful!
